Importance of Student Attendance

As we begin the 2025-26 academic year, we would like to remind all students and parents of the importance of regular attendance and the consequences of truancy. Attendance plays a crucial role in a student's academic success and overall development.

Why Attendance Matters:

Regular attendance helps students:
>Stay on top of their schoolwork and assignments
>Develop good habits and a strong work ethic
>Build positive relationships with teachers and peers
>Improve their academic performance and grades

2025-26 Attendance and Truancy Policy

To ensure all students understand the expectations and guidelines, we have created an informative graphic outlining the 2025-26 attendance and truancy policy. Please take a moment to review the attached graphic.

Let's Work Together

We encourage all students and parents to make attendance a priority this academic year. By working together, we can ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential. If you have any questions or concerns about attendance or the truancy policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to your school administration or email us at info@chambersk12.org.

Let's make this academic year a successful one!

If your child needs over-the-counter medication at school, you must bring an UNOPENED container of medication to the school and fill out a medication form with the nurse. Over-the-counter medication may not be kept for more than two weeks without written authorization from a licensed healthcare provider.

Our parents have requested examples of appropriate and inappropriate clothing items for our students to wear, ensuring they comply with the 2025-2026 dress code guidelines. Below are examples of what a student can wear. This does not represent the only outfits that are allowed; it provides some examples of what meets dress code guidelines. If you have any questions, please email info@chambersk12.org or message us on Facebook.
